These terms govern your use of pixel-led-animator.com, Pixel LED Animator 3, and its online licensing services. By purchasing, downloading, activating or using the software, you agree to these terms and the Software License.
Purchase and activation
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy under Lemon Squeezy’s applicable terms. Activation requires the license key and buyer email associated with a valid purchase. Pixel LED Animator 3 requires an internet connection at startup and during periodic license checks.
License limit
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, one license may be active on one PC at a time. A license is for the buyer’s use and may not be published, resold, rented, shared or transferred. Moving a license to another PC requires an approved activation reset. See the Software License for details.
Your content and exports
You retain rights in original content you import and animations you create, subject to rights held by third parties. You may use your exported animations in personal and commercial projects. You are responsible for ensuring that imported fonts, images, videos and other material are licensed for your intended use.
Prohibited conduct
You may not bypass activation or license checks, manipulate machine identification, reverse engineer the licensing service, distribute modified copies, interfere with the website or API, use stolen credentials, or use the service unlawfully. Rights allowed by mandatory law are not restricted.
Updates and availability
We may add, change or remove features, formats, effects and online services during development. We may release updates required for security or compatibility. We work to keep the software and license service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Third-party services
The website and software may interact with third-party products or services, including Lemon Squeezy and export formats used by other LED applications. Third-party names identify compatibility only and do not imply endorsement. Their terms apply separately.
Refunds
All sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges are offered after purchase, except where required by applicable law or issued by Lemon Squeezy under its platform rules. See the Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a license or service access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargebacks, credential sharing, security threats, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we may request information needed to resolve a mistaken suspension.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or incompatible third-party hardware or software. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the contact page.
