Pixel LED Animator 3 is a downloadable digital product delivered through Gumroad. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after purchase, except where a refund is required by applicable law or issued by Gumroad under its platform or payment rules.
Before purchasing
Confirm that you can use Windows 10 or Windows 11, have a working internet connection for activation and verification, and accept the one-license-per-PC model. Compatibility with a named third-party LED application does not guarantee compatibility with every controller, codec or custom workflow.
Technical or activation problems
Contact us through the support page and include the buyer email, Gumroad order information and a clear description of the problem. Do not publish your full license key in public messages. We will provide reasonable troubleshooting for confirmed activation or software issues, but requesting support does not create a right to a refund.
Duplicate orders and payment problems must be reported promptly through Gumroad. They are handled according to Gumroad’s platform rules and applicable law.
No refund is provided for a change of mind, failure to review system requirements, unsupported hardware or workflows, third-party software changes, lack of Internet access, disagreement with the one-PC license model, or refusal to complete reasonable troubleshooting.
License resets
Replacing or substantially changing a PC may require an administrator reset. A reset request is different from a refund request. Contact support with purchase details so ownership can be verified.
Mandatory or Gumroad-issued refunds
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Gumroad may also issue a refund at its discretion under its terms, platform rules or payment obligations. Any refunded, reversed or charged-back purchase loses its software license and may be deactivated immediately.
