This policy explains how Pixel LED Animator (“we”, “us”) processes information when you visit pixel-led-animator.com, purchase Pixel LED Animator 3, activate a license, or contact support.
Information we process
- Purchase information: Lemon Squeezy processes checkout and payment information. We may receive purchase details such as buyer email, license key, order status and refund status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- License information: Activation and verification may process your license key, buyer email, a one-way machine fingerprint hash, activation ID, request nonce and license status.
- Technical information: Our servers and hosting providers may record IP address, request time, application version, operating system information, errors and security events.
- Support information: We process the information and files you choose to send when requesting help.
The machine fingerprint is designed to identify an installation without using the computer hostname. It is used to enforce the one-PC license limit and reduce license abuse.
Why we process it
We process this information to deliver the software and license service, verify purchases, activate and validate licenses, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and compliance with law.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the product, including Lemon Squeezy for sales and payments and infrastructure providers for hosting, security and delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service or our legal rights.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, security, accounting and legal obligations. Retention may continue after a license ends where records are required to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or comply with law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of certain information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Some licensing or transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to protect the service.

International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
Children
Pixel LED Animator 3 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
