This license applies to Pixel LED Animator 3 unless a separate written license is supplied with your purchase.
License grant
A valid purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to install and use Pixel LED Animator 3 on one PC at a time. The license permits lifetime use of version 3 and includes all 3.x updates without a subscription or recurring fee; future major versions are not included. The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with Pixel LED Animator and its licensors.
Activation and verification
Activation requires the buyer email and license key associated with the Gumroad purchase. The licensing service binds the activation to a machine fingerprint hash and issues an activation identifier. The software requires online verification at startup and during periodic checks. A copied local license file does not grant a valid activation on another PC.
Changing computers
A license cannot be deactivated by the client for transfer. If you replace a computer or make a substantial hardware change, request an administrator reset through the contact page. We may require purchase verification. Resets are intended for legitimate hardware changes and may be refused where abuse is suspected.
Permitted use
You may create and export animations for personal and commercial projects. You may make a reasonable backup of the installer and your own project assets. This does not grant rights to third-party fonts, images, videos, codecs or other material you import.
Restrictions
You may not share or resell the license, activate it for another person, rent or sublicense the software, distribute the application or modified copies, bypass or interfere with verification, spoof machine identity, remove ownership notices, or use the software or service unlawfully. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
Enforcement and termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, credential sharing, verification bypass or a material breach. On termination, you must stop using the software. Lawfully exported work created before termination remains yours, subject to third-party rights.
This license forms part of the Terms of Use.
